In Week One, you will be introduced to the world of eCommerce, and the voyage that you are about to embark upon, in building and scaling out an eCommerce brand from scratch. You will be deep-diving into the misconceptions of eCommerce and the evolution you're going to be going through as an eCommerce entrepreneur. You will learn about the importance of niching down, and the thought process to go through to determine your most profitable segment.
You will look introspectively, and deep dive into the philosophy of the long-term thinking you need to have in order for you to run your eCommerce store, so you can be around for 5 years, not 5 months. We start putting wheels on the road by coming up with your branding and products, so you don't look like a stranger to new customers.
Finally, for you to get to where you want to go, you're going to have to change yourself. You will have to change who you are now and how you think. We will walk you through your process to design your dream life so you can become who you've always wanted to be for the better of everyone around you and your future and customers.
In Week Two, you will learn about the importance of product creation, and the process of how to stay focused and understand the road ahead when you are finding, testing, synthesising and developing new "tipping point" products. We will explore why it is hard to be the best in the world at multiple things however it's easy to become the best in the world at one thing, and how this translates into the new way of thinking when developing your own minimum viable product to launch into the world.
You will learn how to find great "winning/tipping point" products in a blue ocean to sell, and in new-age product research we deep dive into how you find new "untapped" products. If you are stuck, you can utilise our 6-step product research methodology, guaranteed to provide you with a collection of winners.
You will learn about the pros and cons, and differences between all models of product logistics, selling low-ticket, selling high-ticket, the recommended ascension model and how to connect with all types of suppliers. If you're creating your idea from scratch or you're iterating your product, you will also learn the process which we use to design a version 1.0 MVP and get your first sample made as well as packaging.
Finally, we're going to deep dive into all things manufacturing so you know how to order from local and global suppliers for your custom product. We will look at the lean J.I.T. model of manufacture and logistics, working with an international customs and QA agent, along with a guide to healthy costs, margins and profits, and how to arrange your products to be stored and fulfilled through a warehouse, by the pallet.
In Week Three, you will learn why assembling your war machine for battle is crucially important. You will learn about the 4 step strategy, of pre-pre launch, pre launch, launch and post-launch. is all about putting together your eCommerce store, adding applications, readying payment providers, and locking in your company.
Then we move towards The Art of strategy, where we look upon the high-level overview of the 6 rapid promotional strategies you can use when you're launching your store and new products. These are the only promo strategies you're going to need to take your eCommerce brand to the next level. This includes covering how to start your pre-launch marketing for your eCommerce store, how to quickly drum up an email list and build a list of joint ventures, influencers and prospects who are eager to purchase off of your store when it's live.
Finally, we will look at engineering in a giveaway campaign, and how to run a countdown sequence, so that come launch week you get a massive boost in initial sales, which can be used to propel you into the future. Once you launch, you will then learn about the needle moving activities that you must do, and you will map out your 90d and 365d strategy for scale into the future.
In Week Four, you will learn about everything to do with customer attraction in the digital world. We're setting the foundations for Facebook ads, how it works, what to look for and how to be successful. You will learn about how to set your KPIs, and how to build a semi-automated customer acquisition machine, where you put $1 into the machine and return $2. The point of scale.
We cover how to set up your Facebook account as well as go in-depth into how to hack the algorithm to ensure we're getting the most out of our dollars when advertising on Facebook. You will learn copywriting secrets, and understand how to write and create killer Facebook ads that actually make money, no longer are the days of using boring ads and stock images... With this new ad training, you will be able to generate 7-figure ads. This also involves going over how to find audiences for your Facebook advertising. It's important that you have your audience variation just like our angle and creative variation so we can test different variables when advertising on Facebook to find winners.
Next, the most important part of being a slick operator in your Facebook advertising and paid advertising is tracking your advertising so you can make smart decisions. If you don't track correctly, you're going to lose money. We will teach you how to not fly blind through navigating the stormy seas of Facebook with your “North Star”. You will also be provided with the full tech stack you need for success.

In Week Five, you will learn about all the key operational points of your eCommerce business once you have got some serious traction. You need to always consider product development, support, finances, marketing, operations. As a brand owner, you are a CEO, and you will learn in this week how to be the CEO of your eCommerce brand.
You will learn about the daily workflow of the eCommerce CEO, how to track and pivot your ads, how to manage your customers, support and logistical operations, how to have cashflow mastery and how to strategize and plan for future growth. You will see how to really manage your finances within your business. This is the thing that really makes that difference between the people who really succeed and the people who just get by. This is one of the most important skills you can have once you start to make money because it’s not how much money you make, it’s how much money you keep.
You will see how to go about hiring additional highly specialised contractors to help you grow your eCommerce brand. It's really an entire overview of when you need contractors, how to hire them, and then even how to work with them once you've got them. We'll go over specifics for how do you distinguish who's a good hire from who's a bad hire, where to find these people and what does the hiring process looks like. Finally, customer support is very important to the growth of your eCommerce business. In this module you will also learn how to set up and manage your support inbox so it's manageable on a scale.
